Towards a corpus of the texts of the ius commune from manuscript to print
By accommodating both manuscript and printed witnesses, IVS Commune online (ICo) enables diachronic investigations that cut across traditional period boundaries and media divides
ICo Journal is a publication meant for allowing ICo editors to create articles on the basis of the analyses thoroughly conducted of one or more books; articles might also be based on the reconstruction of the activity of an author or on the various editions of a work.

Announcements of findings made in libraries and archives as well as news about exhibitions and other activities organised by the project, such as city walking in search for interesting places; currently the project ‘Genoa and its books’ is worth special mention.

Teaching activities
The project is involved in teaching activities, such as traineeships or workshops; also dissertations and theses of all degrees (PhD, M.A. and B.A.) are produced on the basis of data collected in ICo db.

Figures and tables provide a synthetic view of the content of the database: authors, book typologies, languages, genres etc.
MAPS
Maps show places of book production, holding institutions and the cities where authors, printers and publishers lived.
